The Amber Press Machine (Model: O2V-ECBPT) is your go-to solution for high-efficiency capping of cannabis cartridges and all-in-one devices. Designed for snap-fit batch capping, it’s capable of sealing up to 100 cartridges at once — saving you time, effort, and labor costs, all while boosting production.

Compatible with popular models like V22L, CH4, AVD Snap-Fit Cartridges, and all-in-ones that come pre-racked in 5×10 or 10×10 foam trays, the Amber Press makes your workflow smoother than ever.

Once your cartridges are filled, simply align the mouthpieces, load them into the press tray, and pull the handle. That satisfying click means your batch is sealed — cleanly and consistently.

FAQ on Empty Disposable Vapes

Empty disposable vapes are best suited for medium to high-viscosity oils, including distillate, live resin, rosin blends, and most CO₂ oils. Thicker oils perform more reliably with ceramic, postless atomizer designs and help prevent leaks or flooding during use.

Yes. All of our empty disposable vapes pass heavy metal testing, with documentation available upon request. Most models use our postless ceramic B-Core technology, which delivers even heating, improved flavor, and better oil flow compared to traditional wick or post-based designs.

Leaks and burnt taste are usually caused by oil viscosity or voltage mismatch, not the device itself. Oils that are too thin can oversaturate the core, while voltages that are too high—especially with rosin or live resin—can burn the oil. For best results, use medium to high-viscosity oils and keep voltage between 2.0–2.2V when applicable.
