For best results, use medium to high-viscosity oils and keep voltage between 2.0–2.2V when applicable.

Not charging

Im not sure but ive had quite a few that wont charge, i plug it in and no light comes on but when unplugged it blinks. Been about 15 units of 100 so far

Hi! We're sorry for the mix-up. It actually sounds like your units are working exactly as intended. When a Dmax battery is full, the light won't turn on when plugged in, but it will blink when you disconnect it. Those 15 units should be good to go! If they don't hit properly, please let us know immediately.

I love the look and the sleek, discreet design of the pen; you can tell it's high quality. When the pen works properly, it's very pleasant to vape, but out of 25 pens I've used, 6 or 7 never worked at all, producing no vapor even when the pen was heating up. So I wasted the pens, which contained 2ml each. And another thing, I don't know if it would be feasible. But why is the filling hole so small? Would making it bigger harm the vaping quality? Sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with some of the units not producing vapor. The Dmax is actually one of our most reliable models, and in most cases when it doesn't produce vapor, it's usually due to low oil temperature during filling.

Here's what may be happening:
When the oil is too cold, it can cause an air bubble to form at the bottom of the tank, which blocks the oil from reaching the heater. This can make the pen appear non-functional even though it's heating up properly.

How to fix it:
1. Take 7 to 10 puffs (even if no vapor comes out) — this gentle heat may help move the oil and clear the bubble.

2. If it still doesn’t work, try gently heating the tank with a hair dryer or heat gun for 2–3 minutes. That usually solves the issue and gets things flowing.

About the filling hole:
Great question! The smaller fill hole is designed to help preserve pressure and airflow balance, which protects vapor quality and prevents leakage. That said, we’re always evaluating feedback like yours, and we’ll definitely keep this in mind as we develop future models.
