Refund policy
Wholesale orders are non-refundable. Orders will be shipped out upon receipt of full payment. Budtank Wholesale (operated by BMCV LLC) strongly suggest customers to purchase insurance for all order. Customer may designate their own shipping courier or use the shipping courier of Budtank Wholesale. Budtank will not be held responsible if customers shipment is lost or broken once shipment is picked up by the shipping courier. Customer is to contact us with in (3) three business days after the receipt of the shipment if there are any missing or damaged products. If Budtank Wholesale does not receive inquiry from customer after this (3) three day period, shipment will be considered delivered and accepted in full.
BMCV LLC provide limited warrants under normal use and storage for a period of 30 from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from:
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Improper storage or handling
- Accidents or acts of nature
- Modification or repair by unauthorized persons
- Normal wear and tearThis limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by BMCV LLC, and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Budtank Wholesale be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the product, or for any breach of warranty or other legal obligation, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A restocking fee of 15% of the orders total may apply with shipping fees. Custom products are not eligible for return and refund.
