hi liked price but so far out of 30 carts we have tried we have 5 failures im praying the other 170 we got from you our numbers dont get too much higher with failures thanks

Sorry to hear you're experiencing a high failure rate with the DS9 0.5ml disposables. Based on the issue described, it’s likely caused by filling the oil at a temperature that’s too low, which can lead to air bubbles forming around the heating core. These bubbles block the oil from reaching the core properly, preventing vapor production. To avoid this, please ensure the oil is fully heated before filling, and check that no air bubbles are created during the process.
For the devices that are currently not producing vapor, we recommend trying 10–20 dry hits (inhaling without activating the heating). This often helps remove the air bubbles and restores normal function. Let us know if the issue persists after trying these steps.
